Most people that are listing a property want it to sale quickly and for the top price. Choosing a listing agent is important and you need to look at their marketing systems.

The MLS (Multiple Listing Service) sells almost the homes on the market. When a listing is added to the MLS it goes to a to of other sites like Zillow, Trulia, and Realtor.com just to name a few. The buyers and buyers real estate agents look and purchase almost all the homes on the internet. (I personally pay a fee to have my listing premium on Zillow.)

It really comes down to the commission and if an agent answers their phone on a when it rings. A lot of sellers forget that the agent needs to be available a lot and the phone is their major communication tool..
